⚔️ Attributes

“You can’t teach an attribute, but you can provoke it. They are developed through the challenge of experience, not the comfort of a classroom.”

-Rich Diviney

Skills vs Attributes

Too often, players possess elite skills but lack the fundamental attributes—such as discipline, resilience, and courage—required to sustain them. Skills are the tools used to perform specific tasks, but they are the first to fail under fatigue, intimidation, or stress. We don’t want players with excellent technique who crumble under pressure.

While skills dictate what a player can do, attributes determine how they perform when the environment becomes unpredictable. Attributes represent the raw potential within a player that must be ⚔️ forged and developed through the right environment.
